We acquired an existing 60,000 boat & RV storage facility in 2021 with land available towards the front of the property for expansion. We opened a new building with 30,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage in mid-2022.

We acquired a 16,000 square foot storage facility adjacent to I-20 in Villa Rica, Georgia in July 2017. We added 20,000 rentable square feet in November 2020 and are planning a second expansion to bring the facility to 70,000 rentable square feet.

We acquired an under-managed retail facility near I-75 in Kennesaw. The revenue has grown more than 200% since our acquisiton.

Chamblee, Georgia
We acquired a 61,000 square foot under-managed retail facility that sits on four and a half acres near downtown Chamblee. We've been able to grow the property's occupancy and revenues substantially and are considering long term redevelopment options as Chamblee continues to grow.
